Click Copy to clipboard to copy the whole text to your clipboard.
Click Paste from clipboard to insert the text stored in your clipboard.

Instructions for
To jump over a word:
Hold down the ⌥ Option key and press the ← or → key to jump the cursor to the previous or next word, respectively.
To jump to the end of the line:
Hold down the ⌘ Command key and press the ← or → key to jump the cursor to the beginning or end of the line, respectively.
